Refer a Client to Anchoridge Counselling Services
Thank you for considering Anchoridge Counselling Services to support your clients’ mental health and well-being. We welcome referrals from healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, EAP providers, and other professionals seeking trusted, compassionate, and professional care for those they serve.
We aim to match each client with a clinician who aligns with their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
We provide individual, couples, and family counselling for adults, teens, and children. Our team includes Registered Social Workers and Psychotherapists offering support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, chronic illness, workplace stress, and more.
HOW TO REFER A CLIENT?
Referrals can be made in the following ways:

Online Referral Form:
Please include the client’s name, contact information, and a brief description of the reason for referral (if known). A member of our intake team will follow up with the client directly to complete the intake process.
If the client requires urgent or crisis support, please direct them to emergency services or their local crisis line, as we are not a crisis service
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER THE REFERRAL?
Once we receive the referral, our intake team will connect with the client within 1 business day to learn more about their needs and preferences. We’ll then match them with the most suitable clinician from our team.
We are committed to timely access to care and will do our best to accommodate preferred appointment times and modalities (in-person or virtual).
