Danielle is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with the College of
Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Danielle holds a Masters
Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and continues to
keep up with relevant training to provide best therapeutic practices. Danielle
has 5 years of experience in the mental health field where she has worked with
Neurodivergence in the developmental service sector as well as worked with
incarcerated and troubled youth.
Danielle works with many mental health domains including in Generalized
Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, Attachment styles/Relationship issues,
Grief, OCD, School/Workplace Stress, Life Transitions, Disordered Eating and
Body Dysmorphia. Danielle utilizes a client-centered approach that is
integrative, pulling from many modalities including, Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),
Mindfulness and Emotion-Focused Techniques (EFT) to create a safe and a
supportive environment for growth and healing.
Her goal is to empower clients to understand their experiences and develop
effective coping strategies. She prioritizes the importance of providing a safe
and nurturing environment where your thoughts, emotions, and difficulties can
be shared. Danielle invites those ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery
