We offer support in a wide variety of treatment areas in Kitchener-Waterloo, Milton, Oakville, London, and the surrounding areas, proudly customized to your individual needs.
No one is meant to be in therapy for years at a time. You have to take what you need from it, whether that is a coping mechanism, personal breakthrough, or resolutions you want to implement in the real world. After all, the time outside of therapy when you are actually utilizing the methods you have learned with your clinician is what makes therapy good.
Documentation for school/work is priced at the clinician's hourly rate.
REDUCED RATES & AFFORDABLE CARE
We understand that not everyone has insurance benefits or can afford to pay for our services out of pocket.
You have two options for accessing our services at a reduced rate.
Student Clinicians:
We have student clinicians who are available to provide quality individual, couples and family counselling at a reduced rate. Despite still being in school, our student practitioners are qualified to support you and your loved ones with the care and support that you deserve. They are committed to providing a safe and confidential environment to help clients reach their goals. Each of our students are supervised directly by our clinical director, Natasha Lavji, and are eager to work with you towards your counselling goals - either in person or virtually.
Anchored In Hope program:
A reduced rate short term program for those in need.

Preferred methods of payment: debit, credit, or e-transfer.
Your counselling sessions may qualify to be covered under your insurance plan, but it may be dependant upon your clinician’s credentials. Please check with your insurance plan.
At this time we do not offer direct billing.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy requires that you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a full fee for the session.Our therapists and other self-employed professionals do not receive a salary and are only paid per session, so a cancellation without enough time to fill that spot means they lose a significant portion of their income for the day.Consequently, they simply cannot afford to have this happen on a regular basis.
If a crisis arises in your life, we will waive the fee.
A crisis is defined as a medical emergency, death, or natural disaster.Counselling is a commitment, and we strongly advise you to have any coordinating or backup plans to help align with your counselling journeys.
Choose days to book your appointment that you are able to fully be immersed in the session, days without distractions, days without work. Plan transportation and have a backup for childcare. Have a weekly time/day to plan for counselling sessions.
Sickness will no longer be an option for a waived fee, we must be informed exactly 48 hours.
